Dustin Massey, PGA Professional
Dustin “Dusty” Massey founded GreenCourse AI Consulting after two decades on the operations side of golf — not as an outside technology vendor, but as the person who has answered the phone, managed the tee sheet, chased certifications, and stood next to the superintendent when the irrigation system failed on a Saturday morning.
As a PGA of America Class A Professional with over 20 years in golf operations, Dusty served as Director of Golf at the oceanfront Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine, and later taught international travelers as a PGA Professional aboard cruise ships. Along the way, he earned GEO Foundation sustainability consulting credentials and completed turf management coursework at the Mundus Institute School of Golf Course Management.
